BMS, ELV Solutions & Installation

A BMS monitors, supervises, controls and reports on smart building technology systems. The major aim of the BMS is to guarantee the safety of facility operation, while also monitoring and optimizing the use and efficiency of its supervised subsystems to allow more efficient operation.
These systems may include access control, video surveillance, fire alarms, HVAC control, programmable lighting and electric power management. Its basic functions include:

  • Providing information on supervised building functions including, but not limited to, current status, archived historical information, summaries, analysis, displays, and reports on control and management functions
  • Detecting, annunciating, and managing alarm and other conditions
  • Diagnostic monitoring and reporting of system functions, nodes, devices, and communication networks
  • Interfacing between individual smart building applications

We undertake all kinds of General Maintenance/Engineering Works and Sub Contracts. However, our highly focused areas of activities are in Electrical Low Voltage Systems (ELVS) such as Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Access Controls, SMATV, Smart Home, structural cabling, assembly and installation of ELV/HVAC control panels etc.
– We support our clients for Engineering assistance, preparation of shop drawings, as- built drawing and preparation of data point schedules. We also support with provision of professional and skilled technical support staff for project execution related activities.
– Our partnership with Tridium Niagara provides a comprehensive software infrastructure that addresses the challenges of creating device to-enterprise applications. It serves as a central console for connecting real-time operational data to the people and systems that manage workflows in smart buildings, data centers, industrial processes, smart cities and other aspects of business enterprises. Niagara provides the critical, cyber-secure device connectivity and data normalization capabilities needed to acquire and unlock operational data from device-level and equipment-level silos.
